SIGIL seal

A private seal. Yours alone.

A signature made of an email and a seal. Confirm the email, sign with your XRPL wallet, and accept the seal for 3 XRP.

What it does

The seal can be sold. A site can ask whether this wallet holds a SIGIL and whether an email is on it. Selling the seal takes the email off. Attaching a new email is the same price as the mint. No second seal is minted. Verified, a licensed check, comes later.

What stays private

This is not a profile. SIGIL does not put your name, photo, or ID on a chain. The email is checked, then kept with the seal. If the seal is sold, that email comes off. There is no page about you for other people to open.

Other NFT networks

The seal itself is minted on XRPL. The face can be an NFT you already hold on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Solana, XRPL, or another chain. That NFT stays where it is. SIGIL records it. It does not move it.

When a seal is sold

  1. Someone confirms an email and claims a seal for 3 XRP. That email is on the seal.
  2. They can sell or send it. The buyer receives the same seal. No new one is minted.
  3. The seller’s email comes off as soon as the seal changes wallets. The seal (NFT) stays.
  4. The buyer can put their own email on it in SIGIL for 3 XRP. Until then it is a seal, not a signature.

Questions go to Discord.

The face of the seal

Bring an NFT you already own, design one, or let SIGIL draw it from your email and wallet. The seal itself is still minted on XRPL. A token from another chain stays where it is and is linked, not moved.

Add your email below and this seal draws itself.

Check a seal

Enter a wallet. This says whether it holds a SIGIL, and whether an email is on that seal. It does not show the email.

Issue a seal

Sign in with your own Xaman wallet. Claiming the seal costs 3 XRP, paid when you accept it.
